Once you have paid for your order, email a
picture to deeprootzdc@aol.com along
with your paid receipt and allow 7 business days for processing.
The image will not fade or wash off. The
image is not printed. It is true knitted fabric. The best way to describe the
fabric is to say that it is exactly the same as a sweater. Each throw is
processed and inspected before shipping to guarantee your satisfaction.
Machine wash in cold water. Air or tumble dry, gentle cycle. And of course, you
should never use bleach when washing this product.
Disclaimer: This unique product may require creative
photo cropping and composition. The photo will be enlarged so as to create the
most beautiful rendition possible in black, white and gray in a vertical or
horizontal format. Safely washable, if you follow the care instructions on your
throw. We return your original photos unharmed. In the unlikely event that
photos are lost or damaged during handling, DeepRootz liability is limited to
the replacement of one roll of film. We suggest that if your photos are
irreplaceable, make duplicates and send the duplicate to us. Due to this
product being personal in nature, completed throws cannot be returned.
